I was in Shelter Island this past weekend. Here are a few of my favorite shots.
I recently found this 1961 Max Ernst MoMA exhibition catalogue at Mercer Street Books. I’ve included a few of the pages I like.
My new editorial for And Men Magazine is out. Inspired by Egon Schiele drawings.
Yeah! Here is the latest issue of Fairy Tale Magazine with an editorial I shot for them while I was in Paris last fall.
Comme des Garcons commissioned the Brothers Quay to make a short film for the launch of their new fragrance Wonderwood.
A shot from the Jonsi GO concert last Sunday at Terminal 5 in New York City. Check it out if you’re in Europe this summer. Its amazing and inspiring.
Included in this post are stills taken with my blackberry of the stage and projections during the show. The set design is done by 59 Productions out of the UK. The concept for the stage show is derived from Jonsi’s animal inspired music and the charred remains of the famous Deyrolle shop in Paris a couple of years ago. Click here to read more about the fire. Click here for a video about the production process.
Martine’s Legs, 1968 by Henri Cartier-Bresson.
Henri Cartier-Bresson: The Modern Century is on exhibit at the MoMA through June 28th. If you are in NYC, you must see it. Not only does the exhibition have beautiful vintage prints of familiar “decisive moment” images, but it includes Cartier-Bresson’s photo essays of China, the US and the USSR. These groups of photographs hang above display cases that contain the magazines in which the photographs originally appeared. The Modern Century blends the old worlds and new worlds of Cartier-Bresson’s career — both of which are windows into worlds that no longer exist. A few of my favorite photographs are included here…

Jil Sander S/S 99 Lookbook. My friend bought this for me while she was in Paris earlier this year. Beautiful and simple. Includes 4 small fold up posters. Images are cropped since my scanner is not big enough for entire image.
